Sex therapy*
Sexuality is a gorgeous spectrum where each of us deserve to access our needs and desires.
I work with dyspareunia, anorgasmia, erectile dysfunction, exploring queer/gender identities, adenomyosis, endometriosis, vaginismus, pelvic pain, kink, and libido changes.
*Sex therapy does not include sexual contact between the therapist and client
individual psychotherapy
The modalities I tend to pull from most include: psychodynamic, psychoeducation, polyvagal theory, sensate focus, motivational interviewing, and Internal Family Systems.
I work with folks who’ve sought support for anxiety, depression, dysthymia, cyclothymia, and PMADs (perinatal mood and anxiety disorders).
couples/partners therapy
Contrary to popular belief, partners do not need to be “in crisis” in order to access therapy. There are plenty of reasons why folks seek support for a variety of life-happenings.
I work with kink exploration, desire discrepancy, infidelity, polyamory, opening relationships, and attachment style differences.
