About me

Pleasure-centered, trauma informed

As a queer identifying clinician, implementing an intersectional feminist & decolonizing framework is at the core of my practice. I’m especially passionate about working within the 2SLGBTQIA+ & TNBGNC community and with couples & polycules while using kink/ENM/sex-work affirming beliefs.

The research supporting our mind-body connection is overwhelming

While I began my career through a psychodynamic lens, I’ve come to learn our bodies hold incredible knowledge if we just tune into what they’re telling us. In addition to the traditional talk therapy style, a focus on toning the nervous system through body movement, breath work, and other somatic activities can amplify the healing experience. This holistic approach typically brings about one of my favorite parts of this work: watching people come home to themselves.

When I’m not working in the field of sexual health, you can find me reading reclaimed Grecian myths or series where magic & dragons exist (currently on: Stone Blind by Natalie Haynes), having afternoon tea, or, as a true Piscean, finding myself near bodies of water.
